Viewing Notes
A quirky, interesting heist movie that does a lot of unexpected things. Cage and Wood both turn in some odd, nuanced performances that imbue their characters with life and make them fascinating without a bunch of exposition.
Jerry Lewis has an odd role as Cage’s invalid father and Sky Ferreira has a crucial but essentially non-talking part.
It really is an odd movie, but I liked it a lot.
