Viewing Notes

Tired, derivative, superficial: one of the most boring horror movies I’ve seen in a while. I don’t mind movies that eschew substance for style when the style is visually exciting; I’m a huge fan of Argento’s SUSPIRIA for example; but the style isn’t even interesting in 31.

On top of that, there’s next to no reason to care for any of the main characters (except for Meg Foster because, well, she’s Meg Foster).

An exercise in tediousness.
