We went to the matinee of this because I wanted to be sure to catch it before it left theaters. We were three of the six people in the theater. Not unusual for a matinee of an indie film on a nice weather day in the Boulder area.
Pretty unsettling film throughout with great, realistic performances by all involved. I think the humanity of everyone is what’s so disturbing about it. This plays out the way I think it would in real life which is probably the most horrific thing you could think of; it’s almost mundane in its horror.
