Overview
When Kate Sullivan storms a hostage situation, the whole incident is captured on tape by an unscrupulous media crew who edit the footage to show her killing a helpless victim. “Maniac Cop” takes it upon himself to exact revenge upon those who smeared her name.

Viewing Notes
Despite a great, unhinged performance from Jackie Earl Haley and a chase scene where the maniac cop literally shoves a car with his hand in the middle of a high speed chase, this film is pretty lackluster compared to the first two entries.
Still, fun to finally watch this as it was the only one of the three I hadn’t seen before.
