Really fun night out at the Drafthouse to see a dubbed 35mm print of THE SWORD AND THE CLAW, aka LIONMAN, aka KILIC ASLAN, a wacky Turkish period film with some great action sequences.
The first two-thirds of the movie drag in places, as one would expect, but the crazy action in the last third more than makes up for it. Lots of fun to see this on film and the stilted, wooden dubbing just adds to the charm.
