The chief security officer at a top-secret medical facility finds himself caught in an explosive battle when a young thief and his accomplices steal a groundbreaking curative medicine. Wow, what a mess of the movie. Feels like there is, or should be, a much longer version of this film with a lot more substance to it. This feels like a bunch of scenes cut down from longer material and stitched together for a short running time.
