Viewing Notes

I haven’t seen Baker’s previous film, TANGERINE, yet but his second is great. Funny, heartbreaking humanist look at the fringes of society that exist just on the periphery of the American dream. Dafoe is great and it says a lot that the main child actor steals the show in his presence.
