Ugh, what a horseshit remake. Does a few things to subvert genre expectations but that’s about it. And who the fuck decided it was fine to set it in Chicago on Christmas Eve but have it warm enough that it’s raining the whole time and apparently perfectly fine to wander around outside in a nightgown without getting cold? Horseshit.
