Viewing Notes

Wow, pretty amazing to watch this, considered to be the first Western and first action film, in context of when it was made. The on-location shooting, especially the scenes on a moving train are pretty striking. Also interesting to note that shooting close-ups wasn’t a thing yet. I didn’t even notice til about half way through.
