Second half of an ill-advised double feature! I mean, I watched it but between being really tired and the general goofiness of the plot, not sure I really WATCHED it. This was released in 1991 but was started way back in 1982, so the release date doesn’t really match the style of the film.
Tiger Yang was a budding but minor action star in the late ‘70s, early ‘80s but by the time this came out I don’t think he’d done any movies for years.
