Overview
In 1988, Philadelphia police officer Thomas “Locke” Lockhart, hungry to become a detective, begins tracking a serial killer whose crimes defy scientific explanation. When the killer mysteriously resurfaces nine years later, Locke’s obsession with finding the truth threatens to destroy his career, his family, and possibly his sanity.

Viewing Notes
Time travel movies always get people riled up with a bunch of “that’s not how it would happen” as if they have direct, first-hand experience of actual fucking time travel. Always hilarious.
I thought this was a pretty solid entry in the sub-genre and I really liked the way things played out. Perhaps the best time travel movie I’ve seen since TIMECRIMES and LOOPER.
It’s already available on Netflix to watch as well.
