Overview
Someone in a prison run by a corrupt warden fakes the deaths of convicts to later use them as expendable assassins. A police officer is sent into the prison to gather evidence of the corruption.

More of an ensemble than the title JACKIE CHAN IS THE PRISONER would lead you to believe, but that’s ok because the rest of the cast includes Sammo Hung, Andy Lau, Tony Leung and Jimmy Wang Yu!
The version on Amazon is dubbed unfortunately, and the quality was poor at times.
