Sardu, master of the Theatre of the Macabre, and his assistant Ralphus run a show in which, under the guise of ‘magic’, they torture and murder people in front of their audience. But what the punters see as a trick is actually real.

A psychotronic film from way back that I’ve known about forever due to the book but hadn’t ever watched. This is one of those movies I’m amazed has an R-rating because it’s filled with violence and full frontal nudity. The violence isn’t very realistic but still.
