Viewing Notes
Last film of the fest for me and I picked this mainly to see another performance by Noémie Merlant whom I saw in PORTRAIT OF A LADY ON FIRE right before the shuttering of theaters due to COVID-19.
Despite the unconventional romantic angle this manages to be heartwarming and endearing regardless of what you think of the main character’s mental state. I could see this playing at Denver Film Festival.
