Overview
Two contract killers cross paths in the middle of the same job and realize they are childhood friends. Together they take a break from killing and visit the small island they once called home. After reflecting on their past lives they decided to team up and use their talents in killing for good… much to the upset of the crime syndicates.

Viewing Notes
I was pretty sure I’ve only ever watched the first film and neither of the two sequels but turns out I was wrong.
While neither is as good as the first, this one swings between the craziness of the first and the drama of some of Miike’s other films of the time, like LEY LINES; and so feels like more of a sequel in tone.
