Wolfgang is traveling in outer space when a monster, which he sees as a beautiful woman, appears in his spaceship and makes love with him. Then the ship is forced to land on a planet which is a penal colony. Here he meets Miranda who falls in love with him. A group of prisoners uses him and his spaceship to fly away from the planet. But the monster which is by now inside Wolfgang arouses and only Miranda’s love can save him.

They probably would have made more money if they’d just named this SEX ALIENS ON THE PRISON PLANET.
Totally my kind of cheap, trashy sci-fi horror that the ‘80s excelled in producing. The painted peg board space ship is great! Most of the sets look like they came out of a high school play or maybe community theater; the costumes seem to be inspired by cheap knock-off star wars toys from the late ‘70s.
The practical creature FX are gooey and fun and there are a few miniatures here and there that look pretty cool too, even if they don’t really do much.
These are the kinds of movies I wish they’d show on The Last Drive-In. They’re fun to watch with a crowd and I’m always interested in how they got made and the stories of who made them.
