Designed specifically to make you well up with emotion for broken people suffering from guilt and PTSD. Not bad, and it’s great to see a solid cast of late generation actors like Peter Fonda, John Savage, William Hurt, Ed Harris, etc. The wraparound investigative story is a little too melodramatic for my tastes.
