Viewing Notes
You never know what quality you’re going to get out of low budget 1980s post-apocalyptic sci-fi but this one is pretty decent. It involves an entire city that travels through time to avoid being wiped out by cyborgs from the future.
Dean Stockwell is mostly wasted in a minor supporting role. Carrie Fisher has a little more to do, but again, mostly a background character.
