Viewing Notes

Pretty fun movie with some great martial arts sequences. Weird to see a young Mariska Hartigay show up here in a supporting role without any dialogue, well before she became a household name in Law and Order: SVU. Also, Mako as a Korean because all those asian people look alike anyway right? Ah the ‘90s.

I’m curious why Speakman didn’t go on to achieve at least minor Chuck Norris levels of fame after this film. I’m guessing this first starring role was his best and things declined after. I’ll have to check out more of his films.
