This regional grindhouse film combines footage from an intended political thriller with new scenes involving a PTSD-suffering Viet Nam vet on a killing rampage. All done back in the late 1970s and shot on location in and around St. Louis.
Not a great movie by any means but there are some interesting death scenes and a mildly fun final shootout between the vigilante justice group (whose intentions are never completely clear) and the cops.
The group, led by a bald guy with a Napoleon complex, is a precursor to all of the current right wing nut job groups.
