Overview
One night, musician Marcus Daly, looking up from the street below, witnesses the brutal axe murder of a woman in her apartment. Racing to the scene, he just manages to miss the perpetrator… or so he thinks.

Viewing Notes
Broke open the deluxe 4K release from Arrow Films and it did not disappoint. The picture looks stunning. I watched the original version (uncut) and so chose to do the Italian 5.1 soundtrack which sounded great but was a little odd since I’ve only ever watched this with English dubs before.
This is probably Argento’s most assured work in terms of cinematography the shot compositions and camera movements are excellent.
