Worth owning the box set for this film alone! A goddamn classic with a great central trio, some really fun training sequences (in the vein of THE 36TH CHAMBER, SHAOLIN WOODEN MEN and countless others) coupled with a revenge plot that under pins everything.
Suffers from some continuity oddities, but that’s more a feature of Hong Kong martial arts films of the time rather than a real issue. We Westerners just aren’t used to it.
