Viewing Notes
I was really looking forward to seeing at least some of the JSA on screen for the first time, it’s just too bad it had to be in this tedious outing.
I was struck by how little I cared for the titular character at all. Even for The Rock this was about as generic and vanilla of a character as he’s ever played.
Hawkman and Dr. Fate were great; Atom Smasher and Cyclone felt underutilized and there as dressing.
I’d like to see an alternate earth JSA vs. Darkseid movie instead of inserting them into garbage like this.
