We had to leave immediately after watching TIGER CAGE II at home and got there with a few minutes to spare!
This feels like David Lynch by way of Harmony Corine and Linklater’s SLACKER rolled in for good measure. The obnoxious talking, seat kicking couple behind us walked out 20-30 minutes into this, so I upped my ballot vote on this by one just for that joyous moment!
I think this is a movie that’s more enjoyable if you stumble across it late night while flipping channels than it is in a theater. It’d pair well with a barrage of Alien Sex Fiend and Butthole Surfers videos.
