Viewing Notes
Thanks to Jay for tipping me that this was being played by DKUTV tonight. This movie has a little bit of everything in it and reminds me a bit of Kurosawa’s HIDDEN FORTRESS due to the goofy interactions of the two main characters. Not gonna lie, kinda fell in love with Yuriko Hoshi who’s great as rogueish but kind-hearted Saghiri. This movie deserves a nice blu ray release.
Also, that plot synopsis on IMDB/TMDB is trash! I thought at first I must not have watched the correct movie.
