Viewing Notes
Couldn’t figure out any other way to see this one but found it on Archive.org. It’s hard to call any of these remakes. They’re more of a proliferation, or variation, of the original story. This one, the house is significantly different, larger and less creepy than the closed-in, suffocating atmosphere of the house, or variations of it, in the other films.
While this one adds some additional elements, namely a spiral, it just doesn’t manage to be as effective as any of the preceding films.
