Viewing Notes
This movie has no business being this average. All the elements are there but the score, editing and sound design fail to heighten most of the moments that needed reinforcement. In return, those scenes just lack the punch that made the previous EVIL DEAD film so good. I’ll need to rewatch this in the Secret Cinema with Atmos to get a better feel for the sound design but overall, this was a let down.
