Overview
Topper Harley is found to be working as an odd-job-man in a monastery. The CIA want him to lead a rescue mission into Iraq, to rescue the last rescue team, who went in to rescue the last rescue team—who went in to rescue hostages left behind after Desert Storm.

Viewing Notes
For the East coasters it was proper morning but for me it was still 5 AM-ish, although that’s my normal time to get up. Rue was bugging the shit out of me to be fed before this came on.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this. Not a big fan of this or the first one, but it worked perfectly in this time slot and I focused on all the dumb blink-and-you’ll-miss-it gags going on instead of the “plot” which made it more fun for me.
