Viewing Notes

Such a strange series in that Matsuda’s leading man is an anti-hero but also a bit tongue in cheek, which almost feels like a poke at Roger Moore’s Bond films. This one softens his character a bit until the very end but there’s still his character’s dismissive, abusive treatment of women and plenty of murder to still go around. I’m still kind of mixed on these movies.
