Just in case you weren’t sure how despicable the villain is from the first film, this one wants to make sure you’re left with no doubts, as no family member no matter how young or old is left out of the carnage in the most extreme ways. The director must’ve seen SCARFACE and thought “eh, child’s play, we can go way more extreme than that!” and he did.
