Viewing Notes

Wasn’t prepared for how bad this movie actually is. I think this was Rothrock’s first American film after working in Hong Kong for the better part of a decade. The fights are fun enough in an American stunt team kind of way but pale in comparison to her Hong Kong films. The plot, writing, editing and much of the acting are not great (outside of the main characters).

I thought for sure I’d seen this before back in the ‘90s but apparently not because nothing was familiar about this.
