Viewing Notes

That was quite an adventure. I can admire that it swings for the fences, but feels like the bat was wielded by a drunkard who just needed someone to tell him “no” at some point and for him to listen. Despite that there’s some good stuff here, including the great costume, hair and makeup; and some really good performances.

Narratively however, the story feels like a disjointed mess and there are scenes that felt like they were meant for a larger scale which instead come off cheaply.
