Viewing Notes
So great that Jason book-ended day two with DEMONS and DEMONS 2! I still prefer the first to the sequel but it’s great to see them on the same day because the sequel is so meta in unique ways that are callbacks to the first movie without rehashing anything. I love that a number of actors from the first are in the second but in entirely new roles. It makes for a really fun double feature.
I’m so glad I was able to watch the entire marathon because I really needed a diversion from reality (both on a national and personal level). I’d have much preferred to have been at home for this instead of in my in-law’s house in Peoria but it was a nice escape nonetheless.
