Viewing Notes
Basically a cobbled together mess of cuts from the KAMEN NO NINJA AKA KAGE television series, which would probably be a more interesting watch. It’s hard to follow what’s going on here because it doesn’t really flow. The kite battle is especially comedic and silly. This features the same toad from THE MAGIC SERPENT (aka DRAGON SHOWDOWN) and is done by the same director.
