Viewing Notes

A remake/re-imagining of Lang’s original classic from 1933 that possibly serves as a prequel to the previous two Dr. Mabuse CCC films. Released in the states as THE TERROR OF DR. MABUSE but otherwise known as THE TESTAMENT OF DR. MABUSE.

The director also helmed a krimi for rival Rialto Pictures, The Secret of the Black Trunk (Das Geheimnis der schwarzen Koffer).
