Overview
Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department officers Chow Ching-lai and Cheung Wan-nam share a close mentor-student relationship. On a case involving seized smuggled arms, Ching-lai is sent to take part in a joint operation with Interpol to capture a reclusive arms dealer. However, Wan-nam makes a drastic decision that further complicates the case.

Viewing Notes
A perfectly decent Chinese action thriller from prolific director Herman Yau. This one never got any theater time here in the U.S. (or at least not in Colorado) so I had no chance to see it unlike Moscow Mission. I stumbled across the disc from Well Go by accident. There are some goofy, non-sensical plot twists as per usual, but honestly, we’re here for the action more than the plot and there are some spectacular action set pieces to fill that need.
