The primary trio returns for the sequel which finds them headed to Kuala Lumpur on vacation after a successful rescue mission to start the movie. This is more of an international thriller of the exploding hut variety and introduces us to a fourth Malaysian angel, played by exotically beautiful Kharina Isa. IMDb only shows two credits for her: this movie and its sequel Iron Angels 3.
Elaine Lui, who reprises her role as one of the trio of angels, Elaine, also has only about a dozen credits outside of the Iron Angels movies. She’s not even in the third one. Which is too bad because she’s great and outshines Moon Lee in the first two movies.
