Viewing Notes

A sequel to A CERTAIN KILLER. Not quite as good as the first but still a fun watch. For a professional killer, he makes some silly mistakes. Tomomi Satô has a nice turn as Hideko, dance student, maybe geisha, kept woman and sorta partner in crime. Lots of moral grey area in this one with plenty of double crossing. I especially like the touch of each yakuza in the chain of command surreptitiously taking their cut of the money for the hired killer before passing it down to the next person.
