Also known as ALIEN FROM THE ABYSS, which is the title Severin released it under. Not what most people would consider a good movie, but it has better production values than I was expecting and I love the use of miniatures and the work that went into designing and operating that massive alien creature for the scenes with actors.
Marina Giulia Cavalli in the lead as Greenpeace investigator/reporter Jane, does a capable job with the material she’s given. Prolific character actor Charles Napier, as the villain Colonel Kovacks, does a lot to make this film watchable.
This disc was one of the many I bought for cheap during Severin’s recent sale.
