Ultra-patriotic followup to the ultra-patriotic first film, this time set in Africa amidst a deadly virus outbreak and a civil war with lots of cannon fodder caught in-between. This is like a lesser OPERATION RED SEA. Humorous that Frank Grillo’s character is called Big Daddy.
