Viewing Notes
Phil Jablon posted posters of this and the two related films (prequel and sequel) on Instagram and when I went to add them to my to-watch list on IMDb this came up as being on Tubi so I fired it up. Not a great version of the film in that it’s chopped down to 4x3 for television, and dubbed, obviously from a VHS transfer, but still worth watching until we get a restored release (if ever).
The opening scene is great, as is the finale, but the middle drags and is more focused on comedic moments. I’d still buy a nice release of this though.
