After failing to reform his heavy metal band DEATHGASM for a battle-of-the-bands to win back his girlfriend Medina, Brodie decides to use black magic to raise his ex-band members Zakk and Dion from the dead. Viewing Notes
Lots of over-the-top gore and goofiness can’t save this much less interesting sequel. I probably need to re-watch the first one to ensure I’m not off base but Tonia felt the same way.
It’s watchable and there’s some fun stuff in there but after a promising start it just gets bogged down without really moving forward for a while. I first watched the original at Stanley Horror Fest, that’s how long ago it was (10 years) since it came out.
