Viewing Notes
Movie number four, sourced from the new 4K release from Vinegar Syndrome. An H.P. Lovecraft adaptation I’d never seen before but is actually quite good. Chris Sarandon gives a great dual performance in this and the practical effects in the final act are excellent!
HINT: Nothing “Alien” about this adaptation of a master of horror’s written work, but we wouldn’t know because we’ve never seen it before.
