A bad way to start off my month of movie watching in July. Ugh. It’s not that Zombie Apocalypse is horrible - God knows I’ve seen worse movies - it’s that it’s so mediocre that it’s worse than horrible.
The CGI effects are laughably bad, and the practical makeup effects are equally so. You can’t even enjoy the carnage because all the blood is computer generated and the fact that this was made for cable TV means the gore is non-existent.
Throw in uninspired dialogue and acting and… well you get the picture. Don’t waste your time. Or rather do, but on something else better (or worse) than Zombie Apocalypse.
