Written by Clive Barker, Candyman is an enjoyable little film, all the more so because it’s shot almost entirely on location in Chicago, including in the now torn down Cabrini Green housing project and the University of Illinois Chicago campus.
This is the second time I’ve seen this and it holds up well. The beautiful Virginia Madsen does a great job with her role, especially given everything her character goes though!
This was the third film in a Terror in the Aisles trio of Clive Barker movies.
