Artist Steve Rogers is nearly murdered by spies, seeking his late father’s national secrets. The second movie of movie night; we picked this to watch while eating dinner so that the kids could watch too.
I had seen this before but I think I was the only one. I recall it not being all that great, but certainly didn’t remember it as being as bad as it is. Lots of homoerotic undertones, wooden acting and terribly timed line delivery make it a pretty hilarious watch with a group of friends though.
I never know how to rate movies like this. It’s truly a terrible movie, and as such deserves a bad rating, but the unintentional comedy makes me want to rate it higher. In this case, I’m gonna average it out to an even five stars.
