Hit the advanced screening tonight at Showplace ICON w/Pat. Normally would have passed on such an event but since the movie isn’t scheduled for release until Feb 2013, I decided to do it. The trailer looked as I expected it to be and it is. Very slight and cute yet earnest attempt to romanticize zombies. Attempt. Yeah, it has some laughs but very dumb w/an awful soundtrack. It’s like they weren’t even trying. But I give this a whole star bump for Teresa Palmer, whom I adore. And a half star bump for Rob Corddry, who steals every scene he’s in. So really you have a 4-star movie, folks.
