Took the day off work just so I could check this out w/o having to deal w/the crowds from the holiday weekend. Sadly despite a fairly empty theater, there was a family w/a group of small children that ran rampant throughout the screening. So goddamn annoying. At least the movie was decent. Visually great but still looks like a video game. And this was at 24FPS 2D. I’m just pleased that I enjoyed the experience considering I was not up for this movie at all. I’d see it again in 48FPS if it works out. Maybe next week?
