Viewing Notes

Requested this from the library but I don’t recall why… ie it doesn’t match any of my current projects. However, it is a pretty damn good John Wayne western. And he’s surrounded by a damn good cast of characters. Sadly Lee Marvin doesn’t get enough screen time but def makes an impression. Worth seeing. Plus Ina Balin is a looker as is Stuart Whitman, who has a great character name: Paul Regret.

[note: I just figured out why I checked this out; it’s a Michael Curtiz film, and his last film directed before his death in 1962. What a career and amazing list of films under his belt.]
