In the fourth of the highly successful Frankie and Annette beach party movies, a motorcycle gang led by Eric Von Zipper kidnaps singing star Sugar Kane managed by Bullets, who hires sky-diving surfers Steve and Bonnie from Big Drop for a publicity stunt. With the usual gang of kids and a mermaid named Lorelei.

Viewing Notes
Was happy to see this on the schedule for B-Fest 2013 since I hadn’t seen it and I typically enjoy surf comedies. This could’ve been great had they tightened it up to less than 90min. It feels so long. A lot of the skydiving scenes should have been cut. Stupid and sad considering there’s a lot to like here despite most of the characters being assholes.
